The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is a way to immigrate to Canada and become Permanent Resident

1.1 Eligibility Criteria

  1. Living outside of Canada
  2. Are not a refugee claimant
  3. Score a minimum of 60 points out of 110 on the SINP point assessment grid
  4. IELTS- CLB General Training Score 4.0 [IELTS- R 3.5 – W 4.0 – L 4.5 – S 4.0 ]
  5. Have Completed Honors/ Bachelor’s Degree
  6. ECA (Educational Credential Assessment)
  7. Work experience minimum 1 year, full-time related to your field of education
  8. Have proof of settlement funds and a settlement plan/ Bank Statement

– The lease agreement for the last 14 months in Saskatchewan
– The utility bills for the last 12 months from City, SaskPower or SaskEnergy
– The Canadian employment letter and the paystubs for the last six months

– Official Transcript/Mark sheet and certificate

– Two recommendation letters from the Teachers

3.3 Proof of Fund

– Tax Identification Number (TIN)
– Tax certificate, Income statement Recent 6 months
– Letter of employment (Position, hour, gross salary)
– Bank statement Recent 6 Months
– Proof of Asset or Business (Asset valuation form CA)
– Assets evaluation report
– Bank loan approval document (If any)
– Statement of Canadian Bank Guaranteed Investment 
– Support letter from parents or financial supporter
– All Proof of Fund Information of the Sponsor

4.1 Eligibility Criteria
